Children's flea market: registrations possible from Tuesday

The popular children's flea market will take place in Bocholt on 30 June. Stall operators can register online from Tuesday, 14 May, from 8 am. This is announced by Entsorgungs- und Servicebetrieb Bocholt (ESB), on whose premises the children's flea market will take place.

The event is being organised for the eighteenth time. On Sunday, 30 June, from 2-5 p.m., there will once again be plenty of opportunity to shop around. Well-preserved items will find new buyers this way.

New: online registration for the first time this year

This year, registration will be online for the first time. Interested parties can register via the link www.bocholt.de/kinderflohmarkt or via a QR code. Pitches are only available in limited numbers and experience has shown that they always fill up quickly, according to the ESB.

There is no stand fee

Everything relating to children can be offered, such as children's games, children's clothing, children's books and children's toys. Children can offer their items themselves or be supported by their parents. There is no stall fee. The Waste Advice Centre also provides one table and two chairs per family free of charge.

Colourful supporting programme

Visitors to the flea market can also take a close-up look at a rubbish truck in the afternoon and ask any questions they may have about waste collection. Refreshments in the form of coffee, cake and cold drinks will be provided by the Kinderschutzbund cafeteria. The proceeds from the sale will go towards the organisation's charitable work. In the entrance area to the flea market there will also be an information stand from the waste advice centre and a supervised children's craft corner.
