Industrial park

Bocholt Industrial Park - the largest contiguous and fully developed industrial park in North Rhine-Westphalia

Industrial park from above

Bocholt Industrial Park is by far the largest industrial settlement in the city and is located in the south-west of the city in the Mussum district. The area is bordered to the north by a railway line and to the south by the B 67, although initial developments have also taken place to the south-east, south of the main road. The area, which has been designated as a commercial and industrial settlement area in regional planning, has both commercial and industrial areas. In the eastern part of the area, there is a direct connection to the federal trunk road network via the B 67. The Hamminkeln/Bocholt junction on the A3 motorway is around 10 km away. Some areas in the area have a railway siding.

With the new expansion areas, the Bocholt Industrial Park now has an area of 300 hectares of industrial and commercial land. This is unique in NRW and offers space for around 380 companies with approx. 7,200 employees.

Plots of different sizes are available in the expansion areas, which are being developed in a total of four construction phases.
