Vernissage Marianne Laarmann

Vernissage

Free admission

The artist Marianne Laarmann was born in 1939 and lives in Kirchhellen. Together with her husband, she had a large agricultural business, which she ran until her retirement in 1993. Her time now allowed her to devote more time to art and painting. She attended courses in watercolour painting, where she discovered her joy and passion for painting. In 2000 she joined an art circle of the VHS Gladbeck, where she started to paint in acrylic and to make drawings with different pens. She says :" I paint whatever comes into my head ." And so she creates pictures in which she expresses her imagination and ideas, in colours that radiate cheerfulness and joie de vivre.

She showed her paintings in theme exhibitions of the VHS Gladbeck, in the open gallery Dorsten, Gladbeck, Kirchellen and in the Maschienenhalle Zwickel in Gladbeck. A home for the elderly in Dorsten she filled with her pictures on all floors and organises exhibitions in her multi-purpose hall on her farm. In the Alte Molkerei she shows a spectrum of her work. The pictures can be seen until the summer break at the end of June.
