The only true Christmas story

by Habers, Küper, Schmeink, Melzow
produced by the Bocholter Bühne
presented by the Alte Mollkerei cultural centre
... is back!!!

Three full-grown men who have nothing better to do than venture onto the stage again to argue to the great amusement of the audience, only to reconcile, then argue again to make up, then leave the stage in a huff, only to be called back to argue again, to improve.... only to love each other very much in the end.
... because it suddenly becomes apparent that something is missing from this Christmas story, as it turns out after thorough research. With this addition, we expressly distance ourselves from all other Christmas stories that are told at this sweet time of year. Because our story tries to get to the bottom of the events of that time. Mach sheds light on the darkness of the many different stories.
The players as well as the directors and technicians are in good health, have recovered over the past year and are hungry for "our audience". That's you, soon in the second generation.
When the tears of laughter cover your eyes, the audience shrieks with joy, or is suddenly caught up in suspense, then this is comedic theatre at its best, or rather most exuberant. The players are still fighting with themselves, avoiding looking at each other so as not to laugh out loud in this story that is actually not funny at all.
Joy, exhaustion and lust are the three ingredients that Jens Habers, Phillip Küper and Christian Schmeink put under this playful Christmas tree, carefully studied by their director Ralf Melzow, to whom Bocholt owes this cult play, which could only happen because he was allowed to set up three such wonderful players.
The audience shares a certain amount of the blame for the success: the play has developed independently, driven by the audience's taste.
...about the birth of a little boy. Told in two minutes - but with us in detail! So we play our very own Christmas story.
But only for a short time and without inflation surcharge, even if we are a laughing petrol station!
