A delightfully funny comedy by Brian Parks, performed by the Burghofbühne Dinslaken country theatre.

Two couples, one house: the Rotemunds - he a dentist, she a housewife - have enjoyed living here for the last 20 years, but are now parting with their property to move into a smaller flat. The young Lindners - she a lawyer, he a financial advisor - seem to be the ideal successors.

After signing the contract, they toast the successful sale in high spirits. Over drinks, however, the conversation becomes increasingly awkward and the situation escalates. A hilarious battle of insults, threats and boastful revelations begins.
