NEW YEAR'S EVE - CONCERT

The St. Georg project choir - known from recent moving performances of Mozart's "Requiem" - sings works by Josef G. Rheinberger ("Bleib bei uns" and "Dextera Domini"), Heinrich Schütz ("Meine Seele erhebt"), Frank Martin ("Vater unser") and others in a New Year's Eve concert that takes the form of an "Evensong" (the musical evening praise of the Anglican Church, as performed by the famous college choirs, also popular in our country).(the musical evensong of the Anglican Church, as made famous and popular by the famous College Choirs). Admission is free. Regional cantor Werner Hespe will conduct.
