The information shown is for general information purposes only and may not be used as an official planning basis, e.g. for submitting a building application. Originals of the legally binding development plans and their amendments can be viewed at the main administration site of the City of Bocholt, Kaiser-Wilhelm-Straße 52-58, Urban Planning Division.

Red line = development plan is legally binding and the plan can be downloaded as a pdf file.

Blue line = amendment to a development plan, this amendment is legally binding and can be downloaded as a pdf file.

Purple line = statutes of the city of Bocholt (design statutes, statutes for the preservation of advertising structures, etc.), which can be downloaded as a pdf file.

Green line = a planned amendment / establishment of a development plan / statute has been initiated, is still in the process or the process has not been continued. These plans are not / not yet legally binding, therefore these plans are not available for inspection or download.
