"My Bocholt" - cup - the reusable cup for less disposable waste

Bocholt for more sustainability // Cups now available at many locations

"Simply better with reusable cups" is the motto of the information stand of the Entsorgungs- und Servicebetrieb Bocholt (ESB) on Tuesday, 06.06.2023 on St.-Georg-Platz. From 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., waste advisor Karin Kalka-Freundt will be offering information about waste avoidance and especially about the Bocholt reusable cup.

Simply better

Reusable cups not only look nicer, they also replace a flood of disposable cups and keep drinks warm for longer. The "My Bocholt" cups are designed in a fresh green shade and with the Bocholt skyline and are suitable for filling up to 0.4 litres.

Karin Kalka-Freundt hopes that this will inspire even more Bocholt fans for the environmentally friendly cup and motivate them to join in. "Every reusable cup that is used regularly avoids superfluous waste in the form of disposable cups," says Kalka-Freundt. The cup will be on sale for 4 euros at the information stand.

The "My Bocholt Cup" is also permanently available at the following shops in Bocholt: Bäckerei-Konditorei Schröer; Bäckerei Lensing/Eisenhütte-Zentrale; Tourist-Info; Bäckerei Schmitz-Zentrale and branches; Eine Welt Laden Bocholt; Bäckerei Ullrich.

Purchases are also possible when visiting the ESB recycling centre, Schaffeldstr. 74, during normal opening hours.
