"Bocholter Tafel" is delighted with 1,300 euro donation
Money raised at ESB bulky waste exchange
The "Bocholter Tafel" is happy about a big check in the amount of 1,300 euros. The money was collected at the recent bulky waste exchange, where used items were sold. The first chairman of the "Tafel", Dr. Helmut Schepers, together with employees of the "Tafel" accepted the check from Petra Tacke, waste consultant of the waste disposal and service company.
The third bulky waste exchange this year was again a great success. "The countless decorative items were in great demand. But also the many beautiful pictures enjoyed great popularity," reports Tacke.
Large articles were to be found this time hardly in the assortment, these would also hardly still in demand. "We are glad to be able to make with the bulky refuse stock exchange further use and thus lastingness possible and at the same time with the incomes a charitable mechanism to support , explain waste advisor Tacke.
The money is urgently needed at the "Tafel" to top up donations in kind by purchasing urgently needed basic foodstuffs. Due to the consequences of the Ukraine war and the energy crisis, more and more people are glad of help.
The next and thus last bulky waste exchange this year will take place on November 26 from 10-12 in the vehicle hall of the ESB.
